Weekly summary reports for the property will be set up under the building manager’s account by Elexa/GPS before the account is handed over.
To see existing reports for a property, click on the “Manage” tab, select the property, then click on “Menu”> “Reports”. The page will show the type of report for the property, its recipients, and the frequency of reporting for the ENTIRE property. The reporting can also be turned off/on.
To set up a new report for the property, on the property from the “Manage” tab, click on “Menu”> “Reports”> “Schedule Report” . Fill out the fields highlighted in the below image. Using “All devices” under “Choose Devices” will ensure the report is generated for the ENTIRE property. Finally click on “Save Report” once done.
